Equipment Requirements
Your Computer must have an Ethernet port and current operating system (minimum Windows 2000) to connect to the satellite service.
All plans include two (2) ANT email accounts
Plans
There is no minimum term for this Agreement Plans are shaped, so there are no surprise charges. "Shaped" means that speeds will be reduced to 128/128kbps when your data
allowance in any month has been reached.
Data Allowance
Any Time Plans data may be used at anytime of the DayNight
Owl - Insomniac Plans Peak time is 7.00am to midnight AEST and Off Peak is Midnight to 7.00 am AEST.
If you reach your allocated data allowance in your chosen plan, in any month your account will be automatically shaped for the remainder of the month. "Shaped" means that speeds will be reduced to 128/128kbps.
Connection Speeds
Plans are based on the peak speed of NBN of 6Mbps down and 1Mbps up. However speed for customers will be dependent on location, signal strength, volume of traffic, your equipment, software and download source.
Payment
Accounts require a valid direct bank debit or credit card authority.
Subscriptions are payable 1 month in advance via valid direct Bank Debit or Credit Card, or Subscription fees can be paid 6 months in advance via Electronic Funds
Transfer, direct Bank Debit or Credit Card. Subscription fees are deducted on the first of each month. The first and last months are billed on a pro rata basis.
